How do I set up deposits?
Go to Settings, then Services, and edit any service. You can set the deposit as a fixed dollar amount or a percentage of the price. Clients pay the deposit when they book online, including through your shop QR code. Walk-in appointments you add manually on the calendar do not require a deposit.
When do I get paid?
Stripe sends payouts to your bank on a rolling basis, typically within 2 business days of a deposit being captured. You can track each payout under the Earnings tab in your dashboard.
How do I set my cancellation policy?
Go to Settings, then Cancellation policy. You can set how many hours in advance a client can cancel for free, and choose what happens to the deposit if they cancel late. Options include keeping the deposit or refunding it regardless.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel anytime from Settings, then Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
